Each ARC Club is designed to make working life easier — with natural light, proper desks, fast Wi-Fi, zoom booths and good coffee as standard. Everything you need to work well, close to home. Depending on the Club you may also find a podcast studio, cafe, events venue, outdoor space and treatment rooms.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes. Pop in, book a visit on your Club's page, or come in on a Day Pass and try it properly. Either way, ask for a host when you arrive.

  • £10 for your first day. £30 a day after that. Buy online or at the front desk. A Day Pack of five is £130, valid for three months. The Friend Pass is £10 a day for students, key workers, and people on state benefits — up to two a month.

  • People who could work from home but would rather not. Freelancers, hybrid workers, founders, small teams. If you live nearby and want somewhere calm to work, you'll fit.

  • Neighbour, £125 a month, gets you eight days for irregular weeks. Regular, £210 a month, is unlimited weekday access with meeting room time and a Network Pass. Everyday, from £250 a month, is your own desk with storage and the Regular perks.

  • Your home Club is the one you join. Regular and Everyday members get a Network Pass each month for any other Club. Day Passes work everywhere — book for the Club you want to visit.

  • A personal desk under Everyday is for one person. If you'd both like to be in regularly, two Regular memberships often work out simpler.

  • Reply to your renewal email or speak to your Club. Three months minimum on Neighbour and Regular, then monthly rolling. Everyday is six months minimum with three months' notice. Private offices and premium fixed desks are 12 months minimum with six months' notice.

  • Card or direct debit through OfficeRnD, the member portal. Meeting rooms go on your card or your monthly bill.

  • 8.30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. ARC Tottenham Everyday and HQ members can arrange 24/7 access. ARC Walthamstow Everyday members have access from 7am-11pm.

  • Yes. Every Club has Zoom Booths for short calls and meeting rooms for longer ones. The quiet area is for solo work, no calls

  • Neighbour and Regular members get a Guest Pass each month. Extra passes are £10. Meeting rooms are priced by the room — book one and everyone in your group can use it for the time you've booked.

  • NewGround filter coffee, tea, water, milk and dairy alternatives. Fruit, biscuits and humbugs. Free for all ARC visitors at every Club.

  • At ARC Tottenham, yes — private office members can bring their dog. They stay in the office, on a lead through common areas. The other Clubs aren't set up for dogs. Service animals are welcome at every Club.

  • Fast and stable. Business-grade fibre at every Club, with a backup line. Free for members and Day Pass holders.

  • Members get free printing credit each month, and can buy extra credit through the ARC portal.

  • Yes. Included for HQ and Everyday members.

  • All four Clubs are accessible. ARC Earlsfield and ARC Stratford are on the ground floor. ARC Walthamstow is on the first floor with lift access. ARC Tottenham covers the ground and first floors, with a lift between. Every Club has accessible WCs and meeting rooms.

  • Open Doors is how we keep the Clubs open to local charities, community groups and key workers — free or discounted access on Local Partner memberships and Friend Passes.
