General Promotions Terms & Conditions

These general terms and conditions ("General Conditions") apply to all promotions, offers, discounts, referral schemes, trial periods, and incentives ("Promotions") offered by ARC Club ("we", "us", "our") via our website at www.arc-club.com, in-club, by email, or through any other channel. Each individual Promotion will be subject to its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these General Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these General Conditions and the specific terms of an individual Promotion, the specific terms shall take precedence.

By participating in any Promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these General Conditions and any applicable specific terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Unless the specific terms of a Promotion state otherwise, Promotions are open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of the United Kingdom.

1.2 Promotions are not open to employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of ARC Club, or members of their immediate families, unless expressly stated.

1.3 We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and to disqualify any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria or who we reasonably suspect has obtained a benefit fraudulently, by misrepresentation, or in breach of these General Conditions.

1.4 Some Promotions may be limited to specific membership tiers, new customers, existing members, or other defined groups. Please refer to the specific terms of each Promotion for full eligibility details.

1.5 ARC Club reserves the right to refuse redemption of any Promotion to any individual at its sole discretion.

2. How to Participate

2.1 The method of entry or redemption for each Promotion will be set out in its specific terms. This may include, but is not limited to, entering a promotional code at checkout, clicking a link in a marketing email, presenting a valid offer in-club, or signing up via our website.

2.2 Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries or redemption attempts will be void.

2.3 Unless stated otherwise, each Promotion may be redeemed only once per person. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.

2.4 Participants may be required to show ID or proof of eligibility on request.

2.5 Redemption of any Promotion is subject to ARC Club's membership terms and house rules, and we reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any person to leave at our discretion.

2.6 All Promotions are subject to availability and capacity at the relevant club.

3. Promotional Codes

3.1 Where a Promotion includes a unique or generic promotional code, the code must be applied at the time of purchase or sign-up. We are unable to apply codes retrospectively once a transaction has been completed.

3.2 Promotional codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. They may not be sold, exchanged, or reproduced.

3.3 Codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice. Codes that are shared publicly without our authorisation may be cancelled.

3.4 Where a code is issued to a named individual or account, it may only be used by that person.

4. Validity Periods

4.1 All Promotions are valid only during the period specified in their individual terms. Promotions cannot be redeemed outside of their stated validity window.

4.2 We are not responsible for any failure to redeem a Promotion before its expiry date.

4.3 We reserve the right to extend, shorten, or withdraw any Promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change will not affect the rights of participants who have already validly redeemed the offer.

5. Discounts, Credits & Offers

5.1 Discounts and credits apply only to the specific products, services, or membership types stated in the individual Promotion terms. They do not apply automatically across all ARC Club products and services.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, discounts apply to the standard listed price at the time of redemption and may not apply to already-discounted or promotional rates.

5.3 Credits issued as part of a Promotion are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused credits will expire at the end of the period stated in the specific Promotion terms.

5.4 ARC Club reserves the right to limit the total value of any discount, credit, or benefit available under a Promotion.

5.5 Unless otherwise stated, promotional benefits have no cash alternative and are non-transferable.

5.6 Where a Promotion provides a discounted or complimentary rate on a Club Membership, that rate applies only for the period stated in the specific Promotion. Once that period ends, the membership will continue automatically at the standard rate for that membership type, unless cancelled in accordance with clause 5.7.

5.7 To cancel, email your home club with one calendar month's notice. This applies whether cancelling during or after a promotional period. Some membership types may carry a different notice period — please check the specific terms of the relevant Promotion and your membership agreement.

6. Referrals

6.1 Where a Promotion involves the referral of a third party, both the referrer and the referee may be required to meet eligibility conditions set out in the specific terms.

6.2 Self-referrals, or referrals made using false or duplicate accounts, are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and potential suspension of membership.

6.3 Referral rewards will only be issued once all qualifying conditions have been satisfied and verified by us.

7. Amendments & Withdrawal

7.1 We reserve the right to amend these General Conditions and the specific terms of any Promotion at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and will apply from the date of publication.

7.2 We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any Promotion at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, fraud, error, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7.3 In the event a Promotion is withdrawn before you have had an opportunity to redeem it, our liability is limited to the face value of the benefit you would have received.

8. Fraud & Misuse

8.1 Any attempt to obtain a Promotional benefit through fraudulent means, including the use of fake accounts, automated tools, or the exploitation of technical errors, will result in immediate disqualification and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8.2 We reserve the right to recover the value of any benefit improperly obtained.

9. Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARC Club accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in or being unable to participate in any Promotion, including as a result of technical failures, interruptions, or errors.

9.2 Nothing in these General Conditions limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Data & Privacy

10.1 Personal data collected in connection with any Promotion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.arc-club.com/privacy. We will not use your data for marketing purposes without your consent.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These General Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with any Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. The Offer

A free day of Day Pass access at an ARC club, so you can try the space before deciding whether to join.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 or over. The Free Day Trial is available once per person, across all ARC clubs — not once per club. If you've already used a Free Day Trial at any ARC location, you're not eligible for another.

3. How to Redeem

Book your trial day using the link you were sent, or bring the physical flyer or invitation you were given to any ARC club reception. Valid photo ID may be requested on arrival.

4. Using Your Trial Day

Your Free Day Trial gives shared workspace access for one business day, during standard opening hours, at the club stated on your booking or invitation. It doesn't include private offices, meeting room credit, or any other paid extra unless stated at the time of booking.

5. No Further Obligation

The Free Day Trial doesn't commit you to anything. It doesn't automatically turn into a membership, a Day Pass purchase, or any ongoing charge. If you'd like to join afterwards, a member of the team will talk you through membership options.

6. Right to Refuse

We can refuse or withdraw a Free Day Trial at our discretion — including where we reasonably suspect it's being used more than once by the same person, or where a flyer or invitation is being used by someone it wasn't given to.

7. General

Way of Life residents get 20% off any ARC Tottenham membership for the first six months.

2. Eligibility

Open to current residents of Way of Life properties, aged 18 or over. Valid proof of residency, a tenancy agreement, utility bill, or similar, is required on your first day of use.

3. How to Redeem

Sign up for your chosen ARC Tottenham membership and enter the discount code at registration. Registrations completed outside this process aren't eligible for the discount.

4. Your Discounted Rate

20% off applies to the standard monthly rate for your chosen membership, for six months from your start date:

5. After Six Months

Your membership continues automatically at the standard rate for your membership type, unless you cancel in line with clause 6 below.

6. Cancelling

Simply email your home club with one calendar month's notice and let them know you would like to cancel, you can cancel at any time, during the six-month discount period or after.

7. Non-Transferability

This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and can't be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

8. Right to Amend or Withdraw

We can amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time where necessary, including in cases of misuse or suspected fraud.

9. General

This offer is also subject to our General Promotions Terms & Conditions.

A Day Pass at £10, for anyone who qualifies under one of the categories below.

2. Who Qualifies

• Full-time students aged 18 or over

• NHS staff

• Social workers

• Armed forces personnel

• Anyone receiving Universal Credit, Income Support, Jobseeker's Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, Pension Credit, or Personal Independence Payment (PIP)

3. Proof Required

Valid proof of eligibility must be shown when booking or on arrival - student ID, NHS ID, a local authority or employer ID badge for social workers, a benefit confirmation letter, or similar.

4. Limits

Up to two £10 Day Passes per person, per calendar month.

5. Using Your Day Pass

Same terms as a standard Day Pass: valid for one business day, non-refundable once purchased.

6. General

1. The Offer

A first day at ARC Earlsfield for £9, for people who've received a personal invitation.

2. Eligibility

Invitation only. You'll need the flyer you were given, or a booking made specifically for this offer. It isn't available to the general public, and doesn't run continuously — it's offered only when we're actively inviting people in.

3. How to Redeem

Bring your flyer or confirmed booking to ARC Earlsfield reception on the date given. Valid photo ID may be requested.

4. Using Your Day

Gives shared workspace access for one business day at ARC Earlsfield, during standard opening hours.

5. Limits

One £9 first day per person. Can't be combined with any other offer.

6. General

This offer is also subject to our General Promotions Terms & Conditions.

1. The Offer

Introduce a team that goes on to take a private office with us, and you'll receive a £500 Amazon voucher.

2. Eligibility

Open to anyone aged 18 or over. The team you refer must not have previously held a private office licence with us, and must not already be in active discussions with us at the time of your introduction.

3. How to Make a Referral

Get in touch with our team, or make a direct introduction. All referrals must be made before the referred team enters into any formal discussions or licence agreement with us.

4. Referrer Reward

You'll receive a £500 Amazon voucher once the referred team has signed a private office licence agreement and started occupying the space. The voucher is issued within 30 days of their licence start date - one voucher per successful referral, regardless of team size or space taken.

6. Qualifying Conditions

The referrer reward depend on the referred team entering into and starting a private office licence with us. No reward is issued if they don't go on to take a space.

7. Non-Transferability

The £500 Amazon voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and can't be redeemed for cash.

8. Right to Amend or Withdraw

We can amend, suspend, or withdraw this scheme at any time where necessary, including in cases of misuse or suspected fraud. Our decision on any referral, and any reward, is final.

9. General

By taking part in this referral scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, governed by the laws of England and Wales. It doesn't affect the terms of any existing tenancy or licence agreement.

Way of Life — 3 Months Free (Offer Closed)

This offer is closed to new sign-ups.

1. The Offer (Closed)

This offer ran from 20 March to 30 April 2026 and gave eligible Way of Life residents three months of complimentary ARC Tottenham Regular Membership, using their discount code. It's no longer open to new sign-ups.

2. If You Signed Up During the Offer

Your three months free ran from your membership start date. After that, your membership continues automatically at the standard Regular Membership rate, currently £210 a month, including VAT, unless you cancel.

3. Cancelling

Email your home club with one calendar month's notice and let them know you would like to cancel.

1. The Offer
1.1 The ARC Tottenham Student Membership offers 20% off the standard monthly price of an ARC Tottenham membership for a period of 9 months.

1.2 The discount applies to Neighbourhood, Regular, Personal Desk and Premium Personal Desk memberships at ARC Tottenham, 3 Watermead Way, London N17 9QZ.

1.3 This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion or offer.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Open to students in higher education — undergraduate, postgraduate or doctoral study — enrolled at a recognised university or college, who can provide valid proof of current enrolment (e.g. a valid student ID or enrolment letter).

2.2 Proof of eligibility must be provided on your first day at the Club and may be requested again at any point during the membership.

2.3 ARC Club reserves the right to end the discounted rate and revert the membership to the standard published rate if a member is found to no longer meet the eligibility criteria.

3. Membership Term
3.1 The discounted rate applies for 9 consecutive months from the membership start date.

3.2 After the 9 months, the membership continues on a rolling monthly basis at the then-current standard rate, unless cancelled per clause 4.

4. Cancellation & Notice
4.1 Membership is rolling monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
4.2 To cancel, members must give one (1) month's written notice by emailing the Club team at hellotottenham@arc-club.com.
4.3 Fees remain payable for the notice period; no refunds are given for any part-used notice period.

5. Pause Policy
5.1 Members may pause their membership once during the 9-month term.
5.2 Pause requests must be made by emailing the Club team at hellotottenham@arc-club.com.

6. General
6.1 ARC Club reserves the right to refuse or restrict access in line with the general ARC Club Membership Terms & Conditions (arc-club.com/termsandconditions).
6.2 This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

Terms and Conditions

1. Free co-working day: One free day per person, at ARC Stratford only, on a weekday between 12 and 16 October 2026. You need to book in advance online. Places are limited and subject to availability.

2. What’s included: A hot desk during staffed opening hours. Meeting rooms and other paid services are not included.

3. Eligibility: Open to new visitors aged 18 and over. Please bring photo ID when you check in.

4. Fair use: You can’t transfer the free day, exchange it for cash or use it with any other offer. ARC may refuse or cancel bookings that misuse the offer.

5. 20% discount: Applies to artworks shown at ARC Stratford as part of this exhibition through PickArt between 12 and 16 October 2026.

6. Art sales: PickArt sells all artworks, and its own terms cover payment, delivery, returns and refunds. ARC is not a party to any sale.

7. Changes: ARC and PickArt may change or withdraw this offer at any time.
