These General Conditions apply to all promotions, offers, discounts, referral schemes, trial periods, and incentives ("Promotions") offered by ARC Club ("we", "us", "our"), whether via our website, in-club, by email, or through any other channel. Each individual Promotion is also subject to its own specific terms, shown alongside these General Conditions. Where the two conflict, the specific terms of that Promotion take precedence.

By taking part in any Promotion, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to be bound by these General Conditions and the specific terms of that Promotion.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Unless a Promotion's specific terms say otherwise, Promotions are open to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom.

1.2 Promotions are not open to ARC Club employees, contractors, agents, or representatives, or members of their immediate families, unless expressly stated.

1.3 We may verify the eligibility of any participant and disqualify anyone who doesn't meet the eligibility criteria, or who we reasonably suspect has obtained a benefit fraudulently or by misrepresentation.

1.4 Some Promotions are limited to specific membership types, new customers, existing members, or other defined groups — check the specific terms of each Promotion.

2. How to Take Part

2.1 The method of entry or redemption for each Promotion is set out in its specific terms — for example, entering a code at checkout, clicking a link in an email, presenting an offer in-club, or signing up via our website.

2.2 Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries or redemption attempts are void.

2.3 Unless a Promotion states otherwise, it may be redeemed only once per person, across all ARC clubs — not once per club. Promotions can't be combined with other offers unless we say so expressly.

3. Promotional Codes

3.1 Where a Promotion uses a code, it must be applied at the time of purchase or sign-up. We can't apply codes retrospectively once a transaction is complete.

3.2 Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. They can't be sold, exchanged, or reproduced.

3.3 Codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice. A code shared publicly without our authorisation may be cancelled.

3.4 Where a code is issued to a named individual or account, only that person may use it.

4. Validity Periods

4.1 Promotions are valid only during the period stated in their specific terms, and can't be redeemed outside that window.

4.2 We're not responsible for a Promotion not being redeemed before it expires.

4.3 We can extend, shorten, or withdraw a Promotion at any time without prior notice. This won't affect anyone who has already validly redeemed the offer.

5. Discounts, Credits & Offers

5.1 Discounts and credits apply only to the specific products, services, or membership types named in a Promotion's terms — not automatically across everything ARC Club offers.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise, discounts apply to the standard listed price at the time of redemption, and may not apply to already-discounted or promotional rates.

5.3 Credits issued as part of a Promotion are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can't be exchanged for cash. Unused credit expires at the end of the period stated in that Promotion's terms.

5.4 We can limit the total value of any discount, credit, or benefit available under a Promotion.

5.5 Where a Promotion gives you a discounted or complimentary rate on a Club Membership, that rate applies only for the period stated in the specific Promotion. Once it ends, your membership continues automatically at the standard rate for that membership type — it doesn't just stop.

5.6 To cancel, email your home club with one calendar month's notice. This applies whether you're cancelling during a promotional period or after it's ended. Some membership types carry a different notice period — check the specific terms of your Promotion and your membership agreement.

6. Referrals

6.1 Where a Promotion involves referring someone else, both the referrer and the person referred may need to meet the eligibility conditions in that Promotion's specific terms.

6.2 Self-referrals, or referrals made using false or duplicate accounts, are not allowed and will result in disqualification and possible suspension of membership.

6.3 Referral rewards are issued only once every qualifying condition has been met and verified by us.

7. Amendments & Withdrawal

7.1 We can amend these General Conditions, or the specific terms of any Promotion, at any time. Changes are published on our website and apply from that date.

7.2 We can withdraw, suspend, or discontinue a Promotion at any time — for reasons including fraud, error, technical failure, or anything beyond our reasonable control.

7.3 If a Promotion is withdrawn before you've had the chance to redeem it, our liability is limited to the face value of the benefit you would have received.

8. Fraud & Misuse

8.1 Any attempt to obtain a Promotional benefit fraudulently — including fake accounts, automated tools, or exploiting a technical error — results in immediate disqualification, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8.2 We can recover the value of any benefit improperly obtained.

9. Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent the law allows, ARC Club accepts no liability for loss, damage, or disappointment arising from taking part in, or being unable to take part in, any Promotion — including as a result of technical failures, interruptions, or errors.

9.2 Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be excluded by law.

10. Data & Privacy

10.1 Personal data collected in connection with a Promotion is processed in line with our Privacy Policy at arc-club.com/privacy. We won't use your data for marketing without your consent.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These General Conditions, and any dispute arising from a Promotion, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

A free day of Day Pass access at an ARC club, so you can try the space before deciding whether to join.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 or over. The Free Day Trial is available once per person, across all ARC clubs — not once per club. If you've already used a Free Day Trial at any ARC location, you're not eligible for another.

3. How to Redeem

Book your trial day using the link you were sent, or bring the physical flyer or invitation you were given to any ARC club reception. Valid photo ID may be requested on arrival.

4. Using Your Trial Day

Your Free Day Trial gives shared workspace access for one business day, during standard opening hours, at the club stated on your booking or invitation. It doesn't include private offices, meeting room credit, or any other paid extra unless stated at the time of booking.

5. No Further Obligation

The Free Day Trial doesn't commit you to anything. It doesn't automatically turn into a membership, a Day Pass purchase, or any ongoing charge. If you'd like to join afterwards, a member of the team will talk you through membership options.

6. Right to Refuse

We can refuse or withdraw a Free Day Trial at our discretion — including where we reasonably suspect it's being used more than once by the same person, or where a flyer or invitation is being used by someone it wasn't given to.

7. General

2. Eligibility

Open to current residents of Way of Life properties, aged 18 or over. Valid proof of residency — a tenancy agreement, utility bill, or similar — is required on your first day of use.

3. How to Redeem

Sign up for your chosen ARC Tottenham membership and enter the code WAYOFLIFE20 at registration. Registrations completed outside this process aren't eligible for the discount.

This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and can't be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

8. Right to Amend or Withdraw

We can amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time where necessary, including in cases of misuse or suspected fraud.

A first day at ARC Earlsfield for £9, for people who've received a personal invitation.

2. Eligibility

Invitation only. You'll need the flyer you were given, or a booking made specifically for this offer. It isn't available to the general public, and doesn't run continuously — it's offered only when we're actively inviting people in.

3. How to Redeem

Bring your flyer or confirmed booking to ARC Earlsfield reception on the date given. Valid photo ID may be requested.

4. Using Your Day

Gives shared workspace access for one business day at ARC Earlsfield, during standard opening hours.

5. Limits

One £9 first day per person. Can't be combined with any other offer.

6. General

1. The Offer

Introduce a team that goes on to take a private office with us, and you'll receive a £500 Amazon voucher. The team you refer gets a discount on their first year of rent.

2. Eligibility

Open to anyone aged 18 or over. The team you refer must not have previously held a private office licence with us, and must not already be in active discussions with us at the time of your introduction.

3. How to Make a Referral

Get in touch with our team, or make a direct introduction. All referrals must be made before the referred team enters into any formal discussions or licence agreement with us.

4. Referrer Reward

You'll receive a £500 Amazon voucher once the referred team has signed a private office licence agreement and started occupying the space. The voucher is issued within 30 days of their licence start date — one voucher per successful referral, regardless of team size or space taken.

5. Referred Team Discount

The referred team receives a discount on their first year's rent, confirmed in writing at the time of introduction. The discount applies to base rent only — not additional services, fees, or charges — and is non-transferable, with no cash value.

6. Qualifying Conditions

Both the referrer reward and the referred team's discount depend on the referred team entering into and starting a private office licence with us. No reward or discount is issued if they don't go on to take a space.

7. Non-Transferability

The £500 Amazon voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and can't be redeemed for cash. The referred team's rent discount is personal to their licence and can't be transferred to any other agreement or party.

8. Right to Amend or Withdraw

We can amend, suspend, or withdraw this scheme at any time where necessary, including in cases of misuse or suspected fraud. Our decision on any referral, and any reward, is final.

9. General

By taking part in this referral scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, governed by the laws of England and Wales. It doesn't affect the terms of any existing tenancy or licence agreement.

8. Way of Life — 3 Months Free (Offer Closed)

This offer is closed to new sign-ups. Keep a short summary live for anyone who signed up during the window and still has questions about how their membership continues.

1. The Offer (Closed)

This offer ran from 20 March to 30 April 2026 and gave eligible Way of Life residents three months of complimentary ARC Tottenham Regular Membership, using the code WAYOFLIFEARC. It's no longer open to new sign-ups.

2. If You Signed Up During the Offer

Your three months free ran from your membership start date. After that, your membership continues automatically at the standard Regular Membership rate — currently £210 a month, including VAT — unless you cancel.

3. Cancelling

Email your home club with one calendar month's notice.
