Way of Life Resident Membership Offer — Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the Way of Life Resident Membership Offer ("the Offer") provided by ARC Club ("we", "us", "our"). By redeeming the Offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Offer
1.1 The Offer offers 20% off standard membership pricing for a period of 6 months.
1.2 The Offer applies to all ARC membership tiers and is redeemable via the discount code WAYOFLIFE20.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Offer is available exclusively to current residents of Way of Life buildings in Tottenham Hale (The Sessile, The Gerner), on an ongoing basis — it is not limited to a fixed window following a resident's free trial.
2.2 Unless stated otherwise, participants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
2.3 The Offer is not open to employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of ARC Club, or members of their immediate families.
2.4 We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or revoke the Offer where eligibility criteria are not met or are found to have been misrepresented.
3. How to Redeem
3.1 The code must be applied at the time of sign-up. We are unable to apply the code retrospectively once membership has commenced.
3.2 Proof of current Way of Life residency may be required to activate the Offer, and ID may be requested.
3.3 The Offer is redeemable once per eligible resident and cannot be combined with any other ARC discount, promotion, or membership offer unless expressly stated.
3.4 Redemption is subject to ARC Club's membership terms and house rules, and to availability and capacity at the relevant club.
4. Promotional Code
4.1 The code WAYOFLIFE20 is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be sold, exchanged, or reproduced.
4.2 The code is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice. Codes shared publicly without our authorisation may be cancelled.
5. Discount & Reversion
5.1 The discount applies to the standard listed price at the time of redemption and does not apply to already-discounted or promotional rates.
5.2 Any promotional benefit under the Offer has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.
5.3 The 20% discount does not automatically renew. On expiry of the 6-month discount period, membership reverts to the standard applicable rate.
6. Amendments & Withdrawal
6.1 We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion.
6.2 In the event the Offer is withdrawn before you have had the opportunity to redeem it, our liability is limited to the face value of the benefit you would have received.
7. Fraud & Misuse
7.1 Any attempt to obtain a benefit under the Offer through fraudulent means, including false claims of residency, will result in disqualification and may be reported to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to recover the value of any benefit improperly obtained.
8. Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARC Club accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered as a result of participating in or being unable to participate in the Offer. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Data & Privacy
9.1 Personal data collected in connection with the Offer will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.arc-club.com/privacy.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
